  The owner Eric was so honest and educational. He was genuine and never tried to sell us. He wanted to give us the tools to make the best choice for our needs. The sales industry needs more owners like him. My husband and I had shopped around locally, and he was the only person who took the time to ask us questions and give us honest answers. He was very transparent and helpful. He just genuinely cared about our needs. We had shopped around for a little while and he was better than any of the competitors!

  I am a repeat customer with this family-owned (I am assuming based on encounters with Eric and even his family at some point) business. Every time I have been in that store Eric has dealt with us one on one, and even personally delivered our stuff to our home. That is the first time that's ever happened. And personally, I would rather pay a little more (if that was even the case) and know that I am supporting a family and someone who actually invested a little bit in my purchases at their business. I read a comment that said they were rude, and that is the furthest thing from what I have encountered in that place of business. Thanks for your help yesterday, by the way!!!!
